Inner hole cladding test:
Laser cladding was performed on the inner wall of the cylinder sleeve. The thickness of the cladding layer was 0.3-0.6mm on one side. The surface of the cladding layer was continuous and uniform, and no pore defects were found.
Metallographic test:
The cladding layer was cut along the vertical cladding scanning direction to prepare metallographic samples. The 100x lens of the metallographic microscope was used to observe the bonding between the cladding layer and the substrate and the internal quality of the cladding layer. The cladding layer and the substrate were metallurgically bonded, the melting depth was shallow, and no unfused and pore defects were found inside the cladding layer. The thickness of the cladding layer was about 0.3mm.
Salt spray corrosion test:
The cladding parts were ground, and the thickness of the cladding layer was retained at about 0.15mm. The surface roughness was Ra0.8. According to the GB/T10125-1997 standard, the neutral salt spray corrosion test was carried out. After 100h of continuous spraying, the surface rust of the cladding layer was observed, and no rust spots were found on the surface of the cladding layer.
