Energy loss test
Fused quartz lenses are used for collimation and focusing, and the small laser heads use QBH fiber optic interfaces with defocus adjustment of 0-10mm. The power test experiment shows that the energy loss of the small laser head is <4.5%.

The inner diameter of the 45 steel base round pipe is 130mm. The inner wall of the pipe is laser repaired and coated with iron-based wear-resistant material.
The cladding layer is metallurgically bonded to the base material, and the surface of the cladding layer is smooth and uniform, with no defects such as pores or cracks. The hardness before and after cladding has been significantly improved. After experimental testing, it was found that the original average hardness of the base material was 20HRC, and the average hardness after cladding reached 60HRC, which is an increase of nearly 3 times.
