What is Inert Chamber iLAM?
8-axis robotic intelligent laser additive manufacturing system for net-shape additive repair of high performance part and 3D printing new products with controled oxygen and moisture environment.Capble processing Titanium,Aluminium,Nickel-based superalloys.
What is this Machine Used for?
Examples include vavles, oil drilling tools and moulds. The product range has been applied to additive repair and 3D printing of metal materials such as nickel-based superalloys, titanium alloys, aluminium alloys, cobalt-based alloys and high-strength steels. Such as Vehicles,Petrochemical,Mould,Power etc industries.
- FAB01-High motion accuracy: Repeat positioning accuracy ≤±0.03mm.
- FAB02-Superior metal forming performance: inert gas working environment, water oxygen content can be reduced to <1ppm.
- FAB03-Small parts are placed in and out through the transition chamber, large parts are placed in and out through the opening of the front lift-off glass window.
- FAB04-Multiple powder feeding up to 6 lines, different types of powder can be fed, online mixed and printed simultaneously to make functional graded material.
- FAB05-High degree of freedom of movement: cradle-type two-axis CNC positioner and robot to achieve 8-axis synchronous and high-precision positioning, complex aerospace parts can be repaired or shaped.
- FAB06-The use of Hui Rui automatic powder feeder and high convergence nozzle, can accurately control the quality of powder feeding flow of ± 2%.
- FAB07-Repair process visualisation: the software package provides a coaxial visual positioning function, to accurately align laser beam to the repair part, the CMOS based vision system also provides visualisation of the two-dimensional morphology of the melt pool.
- FAB08-The operating system is user friendly, convenient for upgrading and expansion of new functions.
The new system offers three major improvements over its older counterpart:
- Robot mobile guide rail is installed inside the box to increase the robot’s range of motion and be able to process operation inside and outside the box;
- The top of the box is equipped with a spoiler fan, which can accelerate the efficiency of the water oxygen purification cycle;
- Built-in induction heating equipment, can preheat the repair workpiece, expanding the process window, to meet the needs of special materials for melting and cladding.
