Robot slide cladding equipment is a large-scale repair and surface remanufacturing system based on industrial six-axis robots and slide rails independently developed by Huirui. It is suitable for the repair and surface strengthening of large industrial parts.
- Can be equipped with 10000W laser, industrial six-axis robot, cladding width 0.5-30mm, maximum slide rail stroke 10m, can be used with spindle turntable or positioner;
- The maximum rotation speed of the spindle turntable is 1000rpm, and the maximum clamping length is 3m, which can take into account both high and low-speed cladding of the workpiece;
- The maximum load-bearing capacity of the positioner is 5t, and when used together, it can achieve spatially complex curved surface cladding;
- The equipment is easy to operate and the laser is stable, continuous and controllable. Cooperating with the company’s independent research and development of powder feeders, laser heads, and nozzles, cladding materials and related processes can be flexibly selected according to needs, such as iron-based, nickel-based, cobalt-based, titanium alloys, etc., for dimensional repair, surface strengthening, etc.
