For different working conditions of laser applications, Huirui’s independently developed small laser cladding head can operate in relatively narrow working spaces and pipe inner diameter workpieces. The customized version of the inner hole laser cladding head has a maximum cladding depth of up to 2m and is suitable for a minimum inner diameter of Φ40mm. It can solve the technical problems of laser processing of the inner walls of many slender parts and laser processing of complex components in restricted positions.

  • The inner hole cladding head is suitable for laser power of 2kW and can be used on workpieces with an inner diameter of ≥φ40mm and a length of ≤300mm.
  • The total length of the pipe wall section is 358mm, and the total length between the center of the light powder and the positioning end face is 321mm (replaceable). The focus lens can be mechanically adjusted within the range of 0-6mm.
  • Compared with the copper mirror integrating mirror-type inner diameter cladding head, this product has lower laser breakage and is more stable. It uses a coaxial annular nozzle, which has good powder focusing effect and higher powder utilization rate.
