- High degree of freedom of movement: The cradle-type dual-axis CNC positioner and the robot realize 8-axis synchronous linkage and high-precision positioning, which can repair or form complex aerospace parts;
- Meet the needs of high-precision parts repair and molding: using Huirui automatic powder feeder and high-convergence nozzle, the powder feeding mass flow can be accurately controlled to ±2%;
- Visualization of the repair process: The system software provides a self-developed coaxial visual positioning function to visualize the repair area and the two-dimensional topography of the molten pool during the repair process;
- The system is easy to operate: the software and hardware system has good openness and operability, making it easy to upgrade and expand new functions.
Huirui’s new robotic environment box laser cladding equipment has the following three major improvements compared with previous products of the same series:
- Robot moving guide rails are installed inside the box to increase the robot’s range of activities and enable laser cladding operations inside and outside the box;
- The top of the box is equipped with a spoiler fan to speed up the efficiency of the water and oxygen purification system;
- Built-in induction heating equipment can preheat repair workpieces, expand the process window, and meet the cladding needs of special materials.
