The robotic environment chamber laser cladding equipment is a standard series of equipment independently developed by our company. It is suitable for net-shape forming and remanufacturing repair of products with high water and oxygen content requirements and high value-added products, such as high-precision equipment and parts, gas turbine parts, and oil drills. Tools, molds, and other products can also be used for metal direct forming (3D printing) to manufacture new products. This product series has been used in additive repair and 3D printing of metal materials such as nickel-based high-temperature alloys, titanium alloys, aluminum alloys, cobalt-based alloys, and high-strength steel. The supporting operating system and coaxial visual positioning system were developed together to make the equipment more operable and reliable in industrial environments.

  • Wide applicability: small parts are fed in and taken out through the transition cabin, and large parts are fed in and taken out by opening the front-tilt glass window; at the same time, different materials can be printed to meet the needs of different fields;
  • High degree of freedom of movement: The cradle-type dual-axis CNC positioner and the robot realize 8-axis synchronous linkage and high-precision positioning, which can repair or form complex aerospace parts;
  • Meet the needs of high-precision parts repair and molding: using Huirui automatic powder feeder and high-convergence nozzle, the powder feeding mass flow can be accurately controlled to ±2%;
  • Visualization of the repair process: The system software provides a self-developed coaxial visual positioning function to visualize the repair area and the two-dimensional topography of the molten pool during the repair process;
  • The system is easy to operate: the software and hardware system has good openness and operability, making it easy to upgrade and expand new functions.

Huirui’s new robotic environment box laser cladding equipment has the following three major improvements compared with previous products of the same series:

  • Robot moving guide rails are installed inside the box to increase the robot’s range of activities and enable laser cladding operations inside and outside the box;
  • The top of the box is equipped with a spoiler fan to speed up the efficiency of the water and oxygen purification system;
  • Built-in induction heating equipment can preheat repair workpieces, expand the process window, and meet the cladding needs of special materials.
