The laser cladding head mainly provides laser path transformation and focusing for laser cladding to generate sufficient energy density to melt the metal powder. Laser cladding head quick change device
The quick-change device developed by Huirui realizes the connection between the robot and the laser head and quickly switches the laser head of different specifications with the robot. Switching the tool head requires manual operation by the operator. The specific steps are as follows:
1) Ensure that all energy sources in the equipment are safely cut off;
2) Clean the dust, welding slag, powder, etc. around the tool head, pull out the optical fiber, and put on the safety plug;
3) Cut off the powder feeding pipe, protective gas, and other pipelines between the powder feeder and the cladding head;
4) Loosen the quick-change joint and remove the high-speed cladding head;
5) Replace the wide-band cladding head and lock the quick-change joint;
6) Connect the optical fiber, and connect the cooling water protective gas powder supply pipe, etc.;
7) Power on the equipment and prepare for work.
