The latest uninterrupted powder-adding device developed by Huirui Company can realize the convenient function of adding powder from the automatic powder feeder without interrupting the cladding process during long-term high-intensity laser cladding operations. This device can be matched with the Huirui double-cylinder powder feeder PF-TDHS03, which can realize the normal feeding of powder by the powder feeder and at the same time add or change powder to the powder feeder cylinder, omitting the process of opening the cover to add powder and avoiding interruption. Unnecessary cladding breakpoints generated during the cladding process are eliminated, while contamination of the powder tank during the opening and powdering process is avoided.
Heating and stirring transparent powder tube
The transparent heating mixing powder cylinder assembly is mainly composed of a powder cylinder, a powder tray, a powder block, and a powder suction nozzle, with auxiliary mixing and heating functional components. The output shaft of the stirring motor is connected to the stirring shaft in the powder cylinder. During operation, the stirring shaft rotates, and the stirring pin at the bottom of the rod stirs in the powder. The lower part of the cylinder is covered with a heating pad, and enabling the heating function can ensure the dryness of the powder and improve the fluidity of the powder. The powder in the powder cylinder falls into the powder trough of the powder tray through the powder inlet block under the action of gravity. The powder tray is driven by a transmission motor to rotate at a constant speed. When the powder in the powder trough of the powder tray reaches the powder suction block, it is driven by the powder carrier gas. The powder suction nozzle enters the powder outlet tube.
