Turbine blades are one of the most important hot-end components of gas turbines. It has been working in the environment of uneven temperature field, stress field, gas corrosion, and high-temperature oxidation for a long time, and faces various failure threats such as creep, low-cycle fatigue, and high-temperature corrosion.

Huirui has successfully developed a laser cladding process for hole sealing in the casting process of high-pressure turbine blades for F-class 50MW gas turbines independently developed in my country and delivered hundreds of turbine blades to customers for trial operation of the demonstrator.
