The cool breeze by the lake fades away the summer color, and the quiet and elegant autumn mood spreads over the branches. Occasionally stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city, put aside the stressful work, and thank the partners for their hard work, enhance communication and collaboration among employees, and feel the meaning and warmth of the Huirui family. On September 24, Ferui organized employees from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai to go to Tianle Lake Resort in Yangzhou City to start a two-day trip to Tianle Lake to “gather strength and create brilliance together”.
Along with the drizzle of autumn rain, the partners of the four major teams started the competition separately with light and dark tasks and checked in various rides one after another. Walking in the Sky City, rafting on the glass plank road, and outdoor go-karts started a thrilling journey; archery, small white balls, and kayaking made the partners spontaneously start competitions; introduce Huirui to strangers, and hook up with strangers, interact with company executives and checking in, and other hidden activities also forced everyone to “change from I people to e people.” During the competition, everyone came into contact with partners from different departments, helped each other, and gradually broke the ice and developed a tacit understanding of cooperation. This competition not only inspired everyone’s courage but also made every member realize the importance of being serious, responsible, and innovative in the team.
As evening approached, each group moved to the farm’s big pot stove for a cooking competition. There is a clear division of labor among team members and they cooperate with each other. Making fires, washing vegetables, chopping chickens and ducks… Although preparations are in full swing, I don’t forget to see how other groups are progressing. The pot is full of energy, and the atmosphere of human fireworks spreads all over the lakeside. Stir-fried chicken, roasted shelduck, black pepper beef short ribs…these home-cooked dishes are full of flavor and can be called “huirui on the tip of the tongue”. The friends happily toasted and drank together, tasting the food they made. This is both teamwork and a process for each partner to realize their own value. Just like work and life, after hard work, you will always reap sweet fruits.
As night fell, the friends walked to the music bar by the lake. The initial restraint was also accompanied by the blessing song “No More Hesitation” sung by Chairman Dr. Qi Huan, which brought the entire team-building activity to a climax. Then everyone started to show off their singing voices. Putting down the serious and cautious attitude of work, everyone’s versatile side of life also showed up. They gradually relaxed in the singing and enjoyed the beautiful night of early autumn…
With the early morning sunshine, Huirui conducted an internal work meeting in an orderly manner. At the meeting, existing internal problems and areas that needed adjustment and improvement were pointed out. At the same time, each person in charge also released Huirui’s latest additive manufacturing equipment and component technology internally. The conference gathered the collective will, united the top and bottom, and boosted confidence. I believe that through Huirui’s strong management measures, Huirui will become an enterprise with combat effectiveness and a fighting spirit.
A short break is for a better start. After this team building, the team’s cohesion and collaboration spirit have been stimulated. The partners will also work with greater passion and strive to become the leader in China’s industrial metal additive manufacturing field.
