Case: Laser cladding of single crystal blades

Technical achievements:
1. The maximum single-pass cladding width is 1.8mm, and the continuous stacking can reach a height of 10mm;
2. The single-layer thickness can be adjusted within the range of 0.15~0.5mm;
3. The amount of miscellaneous crystals on both sides is less than 10%;
4. The high-temperature tensile performance of the bonding interface at 800°C reaches 91% of that of the base material, and the strength of the cladding layer is not less than 91% of that of the base material.

Technical process: The joint surface of the glass mold is prone to wear, corrosion, thermal fatigue cracks, oxidation, etc. during use, leading to mold failure. Using laser cladding technology instead of plasma surfacing to repair the seam line of the glass mold has great advantages in terms of efficiency, cost, and technical effects.

Petrochemical
On petrochemical equipment with harsh operating environments, a dense protective film is formed on the surface of the workpiece to increase surface roughness, maintain smoothness, and improve wear resistance.

Case: Cladding of inner holes of oil drilling tools

Technical process: The inner circular surface of the oil drilling tool sleeve is eroded by mud and will quickly wear out and fail. Conventional repair and strengthening methods make it difficult to truly extend the service life of parts. The use of deep-hole laser cladding to repair and strengthen the eroded parts of the inner wall can not only restore the original dimensions of the parts but also greatly improve the service life of the parts.

Construction machinery
In the field of construction machinery, the traditional hard chromium electroplating process is replaced by a green manufacturing process that is environmentally friendly and pollution-free and helps supply-side structural reform.

Case: drive shaft (crankshaft) cladding

Process technology: Contact surface wear of transmission components during use is a common failure form. Laser cladding repair is used to repair the heat-affected zone with small residual stress. The process window is strictly controlled, and the mechanical properties after repair reach or exceed the original performance.
