Since 2014, starting from the on-site emergency repair problems of the Three Gorges Hydropower Station, Chengdu Bluestone Laser Technology Co., Ltd. took the lead and cooperated with Nanjing Huirui Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. and other units to conduct in-depth research on equipment, software, processes, evaluation and applications, comprehensively tackle the key problems, and put forward a new idea of “mobile laser additive enhancement”, and finally Developed the first mobile laser additive manufacturing equipment for in-situ laser additive strengthening of large-scale equipment, and successfully manufactured key flow-passing components such as the runner chamber, runner body, and runner blades in the generator sets of the Three Gorges and Gezhouba Hydropower Stations. , as well as the additive repair and strengthening application of the silver conductive coating on high-current aluminum busbar joints, it has solved the long-standing problems of on-site emergency repair and life extension of large equipment, achieving the effect of “repairing the old and making it newer”, and realized the upgrading of key components of energy equipment. At the evaluation meeting, experts highly affirmed the research work of the bluestone laser project. Professor Yin Guofu, a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Manufacturing Science and Engineering of Sichuan University and an academic and technology leader in Sichuan Province, spoke highly of the results of the project. : “The results you have achieved are indeed very good. Repair is a big aspect of the core application of additive manufacturing, especially for large power station equipment. During the project development process, 5 invention patents, 22 utility model and appearance patents, and 11 software copyrights were obtained.
So far, this project has generated a cumulative economic benefit of more than 786 million yuan after repairing the turbine units of the Three Gorges and Gezhouba Hydropower Stations and has generated economic benefits of more than 349 million yuan for the maintenance of downhole tools in oil and gas fields of oil service companies such as Schlumberger and Zhongman Petroleum. In addition, the results of this project also have extensive technical applications in coal, nuclear power, and other industries, and have significant economic and social benefits.
