Huirui-Laser won the “2023 China Laser Star Award” Chairman Dr. Qi Huan was invited to give a speech

February 29, 2024

On November 28, 2023, the “2023 China Laser Star Enterprise Summit and Advanced Laser Processing Technology Summit Forum” hosted by the well-known domestic laser media “Laser Home” and supported by Hubei Optical Society and other professional organizations was successfully held in Wuhan Optics Valley. Dr. Qi Huan, Chairman of Huirui-Laser, as an outstanding corporate leader and laser expert in the laser industry, was invited by the organizer to share Huirui-Laser’s new products, new technologies, new applications, and new achievements in the field of laser metal additives; at the same time in China At the Laser Star Award Ceremony, Huirui-Laser won the “2023 China Laser Star Award”.

At the meeting, Dr. Qi Huan gave a special report titled “Powder-feeding Laser Additive Manufacturing Technology and Industrial Application for High-end Power Equipment.” Taking laser metal direct deposition technology as the guide, Dr. Qi Huan systematically introduced the Huirui-Laser complete set of laser metal additive manufacturing equipment and its application in surface strengthening of high-end equipment industrial products, new product manufacturing, and high value-added parts remanufacturing. It was exciting. Detailed pictures, texts, and video cases demonstrate Huirui-Laser’s successful engineering applications and comprehensive strength in this field.

The wonderful report brought by Dr. Qi Huan was highly recognized by industry leaders, business leaders, technical experts and experts from research institutions who attended the meeting. They all said that Huirui-Laser is a “national-level specialized and special new small company” in the field of high-end equipment in the field of laser metal additives. Giant” and “cultivating unicorn” companies, their advanced metal surface engineering and additive manufacturing technology will surely inject new vitality into the high-end equipment field and make greater contributions to the production and remanufacturing of high-end equipment parts.

The “Star Award” is an award organized by the Laser Home and participated in the review by professional organizations such as the Hubei Optical Society. It means “Star with a bright future and forge ahead with determination” and represents enterprises with continuous high growth in China’s laser field.
The Metal+®one high-throughput material preparation 3D printing equipment (educational version) independently developed by Huirui-Laser has competed with many similar products. Its excellent performance configuration and excellent stability stood out in the strict review of the organizing committee experts. , won the “2023 China Laser Star Award for Best Laser Intelligent Equipment Technology Innovation Award”.

In the future, Huirui-Laser will use its professional experience in laser metal additive manufacturing technology to continue to explore and deepen the field of laser additive manufacturing, promote the remanufacturing process of high-value-added parts, and contribute our strength to the development of the high-end equipment field.

Metal+®one high-throughput material preparation 3D printing equipment (educational version)

Working Principle
The equipment uses special control software to generate printing trajectories and powder feeding rates of each powder barrel for different samples according to the different multi-component powder proportions and printing quantities preset in the experiment. Printing starts after the water and oxygen index in the environmental box drops below 10 ppm. Powders with different powder feed rates enter the mixer and are fully mixed in real-time. Then, they enter the coaxial nozzle and are ejected under the transportation of inert protective gas. The high-power laser mixes the powder It melts and moves according to the preset trajectory driven by the three-axis mechanism to print out test samples with different composition ratios.
Given the application pain points of traditional industrial laser cladding equipment in schools, scientific research institutes, and powder manufacturers, the Huirui-Laser technical team has carefully developed and launched a small-sized, refined, and low-powder-consuming miniaturized high-throughput material preparation equipment— —Metal+®one high-throughput material preparation 3D printing equipment (educational version), especially suitable for use in scientific research laboratory environments.

The use of 4-way or 5-way powder barrels to feed powder can realize real-time mixing of various powders, with precise and controllable mixing ratios; develop a dedicated high-throughput testing software system and interface to batch print material samples with different composition ratios at one time. This equipment can provide customers with high-throughput or gradient functional material testing and research equipment with high efficiency, high powder utilization rate, flexible component ratio, and a wide range of material selection. It is suitable for component screening, performance research, and Research on gradient materials.
