At the meeting, Dr. Qi Huan delivered a special report on “Research on Laser Cladding Strengthening Process of Surface of Ductile Iron for Large Components”. Dr. Qi Huan showed everyone the core technology of Huirui’s powder-feed additive manufacturing, fully demonstrating the development and prospects of metal additive manufacturing technology. In the report, Dr. Qi Huan shared the results of the industrial application of laser additive surface strengthening and research on laser cladding surface strengthening of large-scale wind power ductile iron structures. The wonderful report delivered by Dr. Qi Huan was highly recognized by the guests and the audience. Participating business leaders, technicians, and experts from research institutions all said that Huirui’s advanced surface engineering and additive manufacturing technology will definitely make greater contributions to advanced and efficient welding technology.

After the report, the guests at the conference stopped at Huirui’s booth to visit Huirui’s laser additive surface-strengthened cladding samples, learn about Huirui’s independently developed equipment system, and have in-depth exchanges with Dr. Qi Huan on laser additive manufacturing. At present, my country’s welding technology has entered the digital era. What should be noted is that my country’s current high-efficiency welding automation rate is only 20%, while Western developed countries have already exceeded 80%.
