Recently, the 11th GTF2024 Aero Engine and Gas Turbine Focus Conference, co-organized by the China Power Engineering Society, the China Aeronautical Society, the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Decision Makers Think Tank, was grandly held in Chengdu. Dr. Qi Huan, Chairman of Huirui, was invited to give a special report.
This conference discussed cutting-edge technologies and future trends in the field of aero engines and gas turbines, and exhibited the latest technological achievements. Huirui, as a pioneer and leader in the deep maintenance of high-performance parts of domestic aero engines and gas turbines, Dr. Qi Huan gave a special report on the title of “Development of Laser Additive Manufacturing Technology and Repair of Turbine Engine Blades”, sharing the development and application prospects of laser cladding process technology in the field of two-machine repair, and elaborated in detail the principles and advantages of laser additive manufacturing technology and Huirui’s application in surface strengthening of high-end equipment industrial products, new product manufacturing and high-value-added parts remanufacturing. Dr. Qi Huan’s wonderful sharing won unanimous affirmation and recognition from the leaders and experts present, and they all made appointments to visit Huirui for inspection and exchanges after the meeting.
As the country’s heavy equipment, gas turbines and aircraft engines are not only an important symbol of the country’s scientific and technological strength and innovation capabilities, but also the core driving force for promoting national scientific and technological progress and industrial development. However, China started relatively late in the theory, methods and applications of blade maintenance, resulting in high operating and maintenance costs. In response to the above pain points, Huirui integrates the upstream and downstream process technologies and equipment for blade deep maintenance to provide customers with one-stop deep repair services for blades, achieve efficient and accurate repair of blades, and provide strong support for improving the performance of aircraft engines and gas turbines and extending their service life.
At the conference, the “White Paper on the Development of the Gas Turbine Industry in 2024” and the “White Paper on the Development of the Aviation Engine Industry in 2024” were also released. Next, my country’s gas turbine and aviation engine industries will enter the high-quality development of the overtaking lane. In the future, Huirui will keep up with the needs of the aviation engine and gas turbine blade maintenance industry of domestic large institutes, and continue to upgrade in terms of improving the high-performance parts maintenance production line and optimizing the metal coating process technology, so as to provide customers with more professional and higher-quality products and services, and promote the rapid development of my country’s aviation industry and even the entire high-end equipment manufacturing industry.
