The material of the supersonic sealing piece (adjusting piece) is K424. Frequent defects include cracks, casting defects, etc. After the defects are eliminated by grinding and digging holes, laser cladding IN625 powder is used to repair the missing material.

Process requirements

The repair process meets the repair requirements. There are no pores or cracks in fluorescence detection, the deformation of the sealing sheet is controllable, and there are no defects in perspective detection after aluminizing silicon. Penetration hole defects are filled using spot welding backplate and laser cladding methods. It has been verified that >500 batches of products have been repaired.
