Basic repair situation: Due to the long-term excessive wear of the equipment on the inner wall of the working spindle, the inner wall of the work spindle has been worn by 0.5mm on one side, and the traditional process cannot be repaired after the wear.
Repair request
- After grinding and repair, the radial circular runout tolerance of the spindle taper hole is: 0.01mm at the proximal end, 0.03mm at 300mm at the distal end, and the axial runout tolerance of the spindle is 0.01mm;
- After grinding and repair, the surface roughness of the spindle taper hole should not be less than Ra0.8, and the contact area should not be less than 75% using a standard inspection rod for coloring, and the big end should be in close contact;
- The keyway width tolerance on the end face of the spindle is 270﹢0.025mm, and the parallelism tolerance is 0.01mm.
