Application case overview
Among oil drilling tools, the Archer spindle has a high cost and is prone to wear and erosion during use. In order to maximize the service life of the spindle, laser cladding is used to add several layers of special alloy materials to the wear-prone surface. The alloy material is a corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant non-magnetic alloy with an average hardness greater than 1000HV. The structure is dense and metallurgically bonded, and will not peel off during use.
